The annual High Table Dinner was successfully held on 2nd March 2025. The event was officiated by Principal Mr. WAN and alumna Cinderella YEUNG, a graduate from the class of 2023. The dinner brought together the top performers of each class, along with their parents, to celebrate their achievements and foster academic exchange.
Principal Mr. WAN commenced the evening with a welcoming speech, sharing on the necessity of a dream and contributing to society with one’s strength. He emphasized the significance of responsibility and the value of creation, especially in the ever-advancing world driven the AI technology. He also shared how our outstanding alumna, Ms. YEUNG, has inspired a young, emerging writer to publish his very first creative work, highlighting the importance of persistence and ambition.
Following Principal Mr. WAN’s address, alumna Cinderella YEUNG shared her fond memories of her time at the school. She expressed heartfelt gratitude for the nurturing environment that shaped her, including the inspirations from the Principal and teachers, as well as the profound enlightenment she has got from Literature in English. Cinderella encouraged the participants to own and pursue their dreams bravely by reaching opportunities actively. She remarked that students should be well-equipped and have a mind of contribution to society, the country and mankind.
The High Table Dinner for the Academic High-flyers is a testament to the outstanding academic accomplishments of the awardees and a tribute to the unwavering support of their parents.
