Everyone is born with a unique gift. With proper nurture and abundant opportunities, the talents will blossom. Owing to this firm belief, a Talent Pool is set up to recognize the outstanding performance in both academic and extra-curricular aspects; and to facilitate the process of talent search. Students who are enrolled in the Talent Pool would be recommended to join competitions, programmes, workshops, talks and/or seminars of larger scale and higher caliber so that their potential is further explored. Apart from teacher nomination, students may nominate themselves to indicate their interest in particular fields and be an active learner.
The school gifted education programme is administered by the Gifted Education Director, who fosters the overallimplementation and promotion of gifted education in the school, organises and coordinates talents development competitions, programmes, activities (including ‘Walk with Scholars’ programme); and enhances the use of Talent Pool.
