To enhance the leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork of prefects, our school’s Discipline Committee held the first prefect training programme in August.
The training activities were planned by the Head Prefects and were led in collaboration with the Vice Head Prefects.
The programme included activities such as getting to know each other, team-building games, and learning to handle various situations encountered during duty through role-playing. Through this training, prefects gained a deeper understanding of their roles and responsibilities, and improved their leadership skills. They were better equipped to serve the school with a strong team spirit.
