Notice of 2027-2029 Alumni Manager Election for the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC)

The Alumni Association will hold the 2027-2029 Alumni Manager Election for the Incorporated Management Committee. Details are as follows:

Election Date: 28 November 2026 (Saturday)

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

Venue: Multi-purpose Activity Room, New Wing, Ground Floor, YLLSS

Seat: 1 Alumni Manager (two-year term)

Candidate Eligibility

Must be a Life Member of the Association (if not yet a Life Member, please submit the Life Membership Registration Form on or before 5:00 p.m. on 9 October 2026 to complete registration)
Aged 18 or above
Not a serving teacher of the School
Not subject to any grounds for refusal of registration under section 30 of the Education Ordinance
Not concurrently holding or contesting any other manager constituency election

Nomination

Nomination Period: 13 October 2026 – 29 October 2026 (5:00 p.m.)

Returning Officer: Ms. Mok Miu Hei

Interested candidates please complete the Alumni Manager Nomination Form and submit it together with a personal statement of not more than 300 words, either in person or by fax to the School Office (Fax: 24480698) during the nomination period.

Voter Eligibility

Must be a Life Member of the Association (if not yet a Life Member, please complete and submit registration on or before 5:00 p.m. on 3 November 2026)
Voting will be conducted by secret ballot. Only in-person voting is accepted.

Election Results

Results will be announced on the School website on 4 December 2026.
