36 Outstanding Lutheranians from different forms has participated in a Summer Student Leadership Taster Programme in The HKFYG Leadership Institute (the historic former Fanling Magistracy which is a grade III historic building). There were a series of talks and adventure-based training including Wellness Management, Personal Expression Enhancement – Public Speaking, Team Communication Half-day Camp and Digital Adventure-based Half-day Camp to cultivate and explore students’ leadership potential and interest.
Through the talks and adventure-based training, students learnt strategic teamwork. Besides, various challenges equipped students with communication skills in a team, mental qualities of leaders, essential public speaking skills, etc. These skills and qualities have laid a foundation for Outstanding Lutheranians to take up leading posts in the coming year.
