Hong Kong Economic Times – AR artwork of students Reflect on tradition and future

Our students have participated in Jockey Club Augmented Reality in Arts Education Project. The Education Project offers students a unique interdisciplinary experience of producing the AR models that integrates the four pillars of art, culture, technology, and history. The models are exhibited in Tai Kwun by 25 Sept 2022.

After scanning the QR code on the booth with a mobile app, you can interact with Augmented Reality (AR) Three-Dimensional models created by students, roaming freely and taking snapshots in virtual world and reality.

This activity allows students to have a deeper understanding of digital art, which is no longer limited to 2D in daily life, but 3D models. In the design process, they also reflect on cultural inheritance and future.
