Our school’s Biology Gifted Program is honored to invite Dr. CHAN Kam-leung, a lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s School of Chinese Medicine, to give a lecture on traditional Chinese medicine to our biology students. The topic is ‘Characteristics of Chinese Herbal Medicine and the Prospects of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry.’ Dr. CHAN not only shares the characteristics of different Chinese herbs with the students but also takes them on a walk along our school’s herbal path, allowing them to experience the practical applications of Chinese medicine in daily life. Throughout the process, students have gained a better understanding and interest in biology and traditional Chinese medicine. They have also experienced the profound and fascinating aspects of Chinese medicine and thoroughly enjoyed the activity.
