A delegation consisting of the Principal, 4 teachers and 71 students from Osaka City Minami Senior High School, Japan visited our school on 19th October 2016. Their visit provided a valuable opportunity for our S4 students, committee members of the Japanese Culture Society, volleyball team members and committee members of Global Classroom Collaboration Unit to learn the culture of Japan through genuine contact and communication with the Japanese students.
The Japanese Culture Club hosted the activities well in Japanese and in English, and our S4 students played games, guided our visitors in the school tour including the Fitness Center, Art Lane, Library, Self-study Room and Discussion Zone. Besides, our PTA made lots of tasty food such as chicken wings, curry fish-balls for the Japanese teachers and students. All our students, teachers and the visitors found the Cultural Exchange Visit a fun, memorable and meaningful experience.
