To further enhance the leadership skills, adaptability, and communication abilities of student leaders, our school’s Discipline Committee held a leadership training camp from 7th March to 8th March.
The entire event was planned, prepared, and led by the head prefects, showcasing their organizational and leadership skills.
The activities were intense and challenging, including physical and intellectual tests, teamwork challenges, and situational decision-making tasks. When faced with unexpected challenges, the prefects quickly adapted and adjusted their strategies, demonstrating excellent leadership abilities. This experience is believed to help them reflect on their roles and responsibilities, fostering further growth.
