Our school was established 60 years ago, built in the Kik Yueng Road, Yuen Long, and moved to current campus in Tin Yiu Estate, became a popular Christian EMI school in the district, we, as a member of Lutheranians, are truly grateful, for the conservative guidance of God, the trust and support of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service – Hong Kong, the IMC, the past principals and teachers. The opening ceremony of the “Diamond Jubilee Thanksgiving Worship cum Opening Ceremony of School History Gallery” was successfully held on May 4, 2019. It was a great honour for us to invite Mr. YEE Shui Yew, the school supervisor, Rev. CHANG Chun Wa, Rev. LI Tak Ming, Dr. TAI Ho Fai, J.P.. Mr. MA Ning Hei, the founding principal of the school, Mrs. MA Soong Chio Sun, Mr. KWOK Keung, MH, school managers, Ms. CHAN Yee Mui, the chairlady of Alumni Association, and alumni to be guest-of-honour of the event. During the thanksgiving worship, Dr. TAI Ho Fai, the former school supervisor, shared his thoughts about the gratefulness of the 60 years of Lutheranian Education. After, Mr. YEE Shui Yew, the supervisor, shared his past relationship with school. Finally, the founding principal, Mr. MA Ning Hei, JP, shared the history of the founding school and life as a principal. The second highlight of the day was the opening ceremony of school history gallery. A group of officiating guests and retired teachers also joined the party, wishing our school every success in the future.
